Online ordering with Konzum BiH is a nightmare. They will deliver 40% cheaper garbage products instead what you order. Example: I ordered 900g PIP honey Slovenia EU certificate, they provided cheap Serbian Krnjevac suger imitation of honey, without any certificate, not from EU. Inszead of 900g honey they provided 700g of that garbage. They will throw packages infront of your buliding, not let you to check order. Later, they will ignore you on emails and phone calls, they will not accept complaints and give refunds. They are terrible with old sick people, scams and cheaters. Zero rating!!!
